For ten days "Germany's cosy wine village" is a meeting point once again for wine lovers and connoisseurs from far and wide. The 43th Heilbronn wine village (Weindorf) promises exquisite consumption with top class wines from the "Heilbronn country" and from Hohenlohe. Up to 300,000 visitors are due at the town hall.

 Thirteen winegrowers'
 cooperatives as well as
 seventeen vineyards and cellars
 offer 300 wines in this large
 public tasting. The 43th Heilbronn
 Wine Village will be opened on
 Friday 13th September at
 5 pm by the Lord Mayor Helmut
 Himmelsbach, the first chairman

 and the Kathy of Heilbronn.

The wine village also reflects the fact that Heilbronn lies in Germany's No.1 red wine region. Lemberger, Samtrot, Trollinger and Lemberger are on the wine list. In addition to Riesling wines there are also rare types like Muskattrollinger, Rivaner, Acolon or Clevne on offer.

are a trademark of the businesses
and florists, which will also be displayed this year in the floral decoration competition.
